Breakfast is served between 7.308.45 a.m. a.m.

A huge choice. All local sourced items.

Freshly cooked for each person.

Home made preserves, bread,

rolls and kedgeree.

Orange juice and warm home made seeded brown rolls (wholemeal flour from Heatherslaw Mill) are on the table at arrival.

We have a starter menu which has a choice of cold cereals, meusli (from Heatherslaw Mill), porridge, fruit /natural yoghurt, fresh grapefruit and fresh fruit.

There is a choice of teas including decaffeinated and also herb and fruit infusions, plus coffee, including decaffeinated and Hot Chocolate.

Our full Northumbrian breakfast

Sausages, Bacon, Egg (fried, scrambled or poached), Tomato (fresh or cooked) and Mushrooms,

with a portion of Haggis, Black pudding or Beans

Our vegetarian breakfast

Egg (fried, scrambled or poached), Linda McCartney vegetarian sausages,

Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Beans and toast

All in any combination.

Please try our home made bread toast, (seeded wholemeal and white) and a choice of preserves (including home made marmalade and jams ).

Local produced Heather Honey and Crunchy Honey Mustard are available

during the breakfast.
